Born in warri delta state. He is from Agbarho in Ughelli North Local Government Area of Delta State. Attended Unity School Agbarho and thereafter proceeded to study law at Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma where he graduated with 2nd Class (upper division) Honors. Upon Graduation in 2014, he went to Augustine Nnamani Campus, Agbani, Enugu of the Nigerian Law School. A native of Orhionwon L.G.A in Edo state, Nigeria. But currently living in Abuja, FCT (Nigeria).

In 2015/2016, Oliver Amayo Esq proceeded for NYSC to serve his father's land. He served at Akwa Ibom state where his place of primary assignment was at Godwill Ituen & Co (a reputable law firm in Ikot Ekpene).
